NetCentric Technology is seeking a Lead Software Vulnerability Subject Matter Expert with excellent collaboration skills to support a Cybersecurity Support Services (CSSS) contract with the Department of Defense (DoD).  * Provide expert knowledge and guidance to product teams about security vulnerabilities and remediation, including: * Deliver vulnerability analysis, code review, and SDLC support * Identify and review security vulnerabilities in applications (codebase is Java, .Net, C++, with some Python, Powershell) * Suggest secure design techniques to improve application security posture * Review scan results, fixes and help adjudicate POA&Ms submitted by developers * Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts to ensure that they are following best practices and producing high-quality work * Lead team managing and integrating SAST, DAST, OAST, IAST, and RAST tools and providing information security engineering for cybersecurity application tools (installation, configuring, monitoring), such as Fortify SSC, WebInspect, Sonatype, and Burpsuite * Coordinate and maintain vulnerability management, penetration testing, and infrastructure compliance * Prepare and present weekly and monthly presentation statuses and facilitate AppSec cross-division meetings * Ensure AppSec tools’ system availability, functionality, and system configuration including DoD STIG implementation, compliance, and remediation * Create and maintain SOPs, TTPs, checklists, etc., to address software vulnerabilities * Support Cybersecurity reviews, including generation of security artifacts, such as security plans, POA&M, and security CONOPS
