DC should provide greater financial support for people living above buried streams to remediate issues.

The absolute devastation that @chuckschumer.com is about to inflict on D.C. by supporting the GOP’s continuing resolution is hard to overstate. Massive cuts to schools and law enforcement. Teachers laid off en masse. Basic city services may grind to a halt because we *cannot spend our own money.*

Trump has killed people's willingness to go to this.

Now's a good time for @indivisible.org to bring back their Town Hall Finder tool from 2017.

Almost all Republicans have stopped doing them, but it'd be good for folks to be able to harness their energy somewhere.

My first semester of college, I skipped class to phonebank at Planned Parenthood the day of the 2014 election.

Will never forget how Cecile Richards consoled everyone and saw the silver linings that night. Taking that energy with me into the next 4 years.

RIP to a real one 👑

Whether or not it gets a stadium, RFK needs a second Metro station
The District shouldn’t redevelop RFK unless it’s accompanied by an infill station at Oklahoma Avenue NE. Part II in a series.

Hey, this is neat: DDOT has a program called "Tactical To Permanent" and its website tracks all of their quick build safety improvements -- usually stuff like putting up a bunch of bollards to narrow a street or harden a turn or add a bulb out to an intersection.
