Happy American Education Week! As a first-gen college grad from a working-class family, I know how life-changing strong public schools can be.

Honored to receive the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Colorado Legacy Award! This year, we collaborated on my law to build more housing that middle class families can afford. Thank you for your work to lower costs for Coloradans! #CO08

Loved joining a bipartisan panel of legislators with the CO Solar & Storage Assoc.

We need cheap, reliable energy, but Gabe Evans voted to take a wrecking ball to #CO08's clean energy sector – killing jobs & risking higher utility bills.

I"ll always protect jobs & work to lower utility costs.

Colorado families are facing a 200% health insurance premium increase. Unlike Gabe Evans, I will work tirelessly to lower costs – not make things worse. #CO08

Happy Veterans Day and thank you to all who have served. Freedom isn't free and today we honor the bravery and selflessness of all of America's veterans.

I stopped by the Adams County Veterans Memorial to honor our vets and the service of my stepdad, who served in the Marines in Vietnam.

By learning about the history of #CO08 communities, I'm gaining a greater understanding of how best to serve you.

I loved visiting with the Commerce City Historical Society & hearing about their work promoting the city's history – check out their museum and preservation efforts!

Took part in Commerce City Council Member At-Large Charles Dukes’ office hours where residents shared thoughts on transportation funding, job opportunities, bringing down housing costs, economic development, and ensuring our representatives continue to look out for Commerce City.

I know how important homeownership is to achieving the American dream & I'm honored that the Colorado Association of Realtors named me a Legislator of the Year!

This year, I passed a law to remove red tape & create more housing that middle-income buyers can afford. I'll keep working to lower costs.

I’ve passed multiple laws to crack down on auto theft — and now, auto thefts are falling, including a 52% decrease in Adams County alone.

There’s still more work to do, but this is great progress. I’ll keep working to keep all Coloradans safe. #CO08

Tomorrow, SNAP benefits stop going out – putting 600k Coloradans, half of whom are children, in danger of going hungry.

I voted yesterday to increase funding for food assistance – but we need Gabe Evans to get back to DC & solve this crisis. #CO08 www.denver7.com/lifestyle/fo...

It's day 30 of the government shutdown and SNAP benefits stop on Saturday, putting tens of thousands of Coloradans in danger of going hungry. Meanwhile, Gabe Evans is MIA.

I voted today to put more of our state dollars towards food assistance. Please donate to a local food bank if you can. #CO08

The federal gov't is shut down, but kids can still receive meals at schools.

I joined Lt. Gov. Dianne Primavera at an Adams 12 elementary school in Westminster today to discuss school meals w/ teachers, administrators & kids.

The future looks bright with these impressive kids leading the way!

Thanks to Gabe Evans' inaction, health insurance premiums are set to double next year for Coloradans.

It's inexcusable. In Congress, I'll work every day to lower health insurance costs – not make it harder to get by like Gabe. #CO08 www.denverpost.com/2025/10/27/c...
Health insurance premiums to double next year on Colorado’s individual market
The monthly “sticker price” of health insurance is rising, and households will have to pay a larger share of that monthly cost than they have since the pandemic.

Thanks to the government shutdown, 40,000 Weld residents won't receive SNAP benefits starting November 1.

It's time for Gabe Evans to get back to the negotiation table to re-open the government and fix this mess for Colorado families. #CO08 www.ftluptonpress.com/news/weld-wa...

Enjoyed joining my colleagues and Poudre Valley REA today to learn about their work to prevent wildfires. Their work to ensure reliability and to keep utility rates affordable is commendable.

I know that recent utility rate increases have been painful. I'll continue to work to bring costs down.

1 in 4 Weld residents rely on food assistance.

Now, the Weld Food Bank is facing a $700k shortfall thanks to rising costs & greater need caused by Gabe Evans' tariff taxes & his vote to cut SNAP.

In Congress, I'll work to lower the cost of food & create jobs – not make things worse like Gabe #CO08

I loved seeing so many familiar faces at No Kings in Northglenn who are standing up for our constitution & ready to fire Gabe Evans!

Gabe has voted 100% with Trump & stayed silent as he rips away crucial funding from our district. Next November, we'll send him packing. #CO08
