I’m too deep into Musk trivia. But he didn’t come here h1b. He came on a school visa. Didn’t go to school. Stayed here illegally. Later got citizenship on the basis of that fraud. Money cleaned up the problems later.

I'm a big fan of how we finally had a real Emoluments Clause issue, an unambiguous violation of a provision drafted for precisely the issue of a President bribed by foreign powers, and SCOTUS was able to sandbag it for so long they eventually dismissed it as moot when he lost.
