Overall Grade: Mostly Correct Use

Here’s Why: While not inherently a controversial opinion to posit, it does invite debate, and talks about a relevant policy issue.

FoSUNRI Rating — 7.5

This user has been flagged by the Freedom of Speech Use National Rating Institute as a serial poster of this painting in incorrect contexts and thus will be banned in accordance with the Rockwellian Damocles Überhammer.

Overall Grade: Incorrect use of FoS

Here’s why: It does not present a point of debate, nor does it posit a controversial ideal. It states what is effectively a proverb. 0/10 use a painting of king Solomon or someone next time.

Overall rating: Semi-correct use of Freedom of Speech

Here’s Why: It presents a semi-controversial opinion that’s open to debate. Additionally, in a non-standard twist that we at the FoS Use National Rating Institute haven’t yet creating a grading criteria for: editing the source painting. Cont⬇️

Overall rating: Semi-correct use

Here’s why:
Poster does in fact, posit a controversial opinion in a format that does invite debate. BUT the poster does nothing to address the inherent fact that a dining-in experience will always be a slower experience compared to drive through, which implies….
Customers in drive-through windows shouldn't be assisted until everyone inside has been helped

Welcome back to my now nightly Freedom of Speech use review, sponsored by Manscaped.

Overall, incorrect use. Has a touch of credit in that it has a little bit of a controversial opinion, but at its core is still complaining about winning, which feels against the spirit. 2/10 there are better images
I might actually be fine winning all of our away games like that if we actually turned on a bit of flair when we play at home.

The Freedom of Speech commentary posts will continue until morale improves

Ironically, this post about the meme being played out, is also itself, played out. The results in this being an incorrect usage of Freedom of Speech due to the Mainstream Opinion fallacy. 1/10
This meme is played out.

Terrible opinion, correct usage. -1/10 no further notes due to the authors inability to speak without bias.
Good sports don't require the crowd to sing stupid songs for entertainment.
December 28, 2025 at 4:04 AM
This I would argue, is spiritually the same as Freedom of Speech, but also implies that the poster believes an inherent degree of superiority of their opinion. 10/10 would love to see this used more.

This is what I what categorize as an incorrect use of Freedom of Speech, here’s why:

It is, granted, semi-faithful to the source material of the event that sparked the painting — a man talking about a public issue in an open forum.
(no this isn’t AI, I just actually use em-dashes)

Another example of proper use of this painting. Outside of the original context, but it stands on the merit of its own humor, and the core element of the common man speaking for himself, regardless of potential correctness. 7/10 would like again
In my defence your honour she was holding a milkshake and the gate was open
December 28, 2025 at 3:43 AM
Now THIS is an acceptable use of this painting. It gives a bold, potentially incorrect but open to argument and discussion point that is outside a mainstream point of reasoning. It is also mildly humorous. 8/10 would like again.
Children of the Corn is a cautionary tale about the unintended consequence of ethanol subsidies.

Anyone who unironically posts the Freedom of Speech painting while stating a reasonable opinion as something bold will now be turbo-insta-blocked. It’s all a bunch of center-left NIMBYs self-congratulating themselves on being leftists.

The effort would be better spent on autofellatio.

NIMBY ass posting, real bold opinion with Norman Rockwell’s most misused painting of all time.

99% sure this is a dead internet bot.

Congrats on saying this about the only Billionaire who actually pays his full taxes.
The grievance is that if he paid taxes and we put those taxes toward helping people, gofundme wouldn't have to *exist*.

Billionaires existing means other people die. Billionaires did not earn that money. It is money *other people* earned and they stole from us.

It is unethical to be a billionaire.

Tragic as it is, I would absolutely love to have a local social club like this. Coordinating schedules & figuring out how to do it affordably is a nightmare though.
Unfortunately, I think they're right on this one. People, especially people with kids, are not going to enough grownup parties

found a use case for √6!!

usually it's √2 for square stuff or √3 for cube stuff or √5 for golden ratio stuff but √6 is now showing up for barycentric coordinate stuff c:

Core concept is good, but maybe a little lacking in context as well. Think it should be based on a thresholded income to congregation size ratio with consideration to property upkeep relative to the location (also thresholded).
I think churches with revenue of more than $1,000,000 a year should pay a 10% tax, and churches with more than $5,000,000 in annual revenue should pay a 20% tax.

You can think I’m wrong about that, but I’m not.

The entire boomer ass right wing “crazy coffee order” fantasy breaks down under the slightest pressure due to the fact that hipsters DO drink black coffee, we just make it in a chemex or v60 to allow their grounds proper blooming time & space.
the hipsters, they’re ordering double frufru mocha soy frappuccino. doesn’t anybody order a black coffee anymore
