Thanks to everybody who chimed in!

I arrived at the conclusion that (1) there's a lot of interesting stuff about interactions and (2) the figure I was looking for does not exist.

So, I made it myself! Here's a simple illustration of how to control for confounding in interactions:>

A colleague at Stanford’s business school used The Stanford Daily to argue—poorly—against DEI. The piece was riddled with historical errors and left one searching for fact, so I broke my public writing hiatus to respond.

I hope you’ll read and share the piece.

What DEI threatens isn’t merit. It’s monopoly.
Political science professor Hakeem Jefferson argues for DEI's importance to de-monopolizing universities.

This statement from the NSF is insane.

Science is, in essence, designed to separate the true from the false.

Understanding how falsehoods spread is key to the scientific endeavor. It is not a violation of free speech to be proven wrong.

This study adapts a relationship commitment measure for singlehood, showing that satisfaction, investment, and alternatives predict singlehood commitment. As singlehood grows globally, understanding its dynamics is vital. These findings deepen insights into what drives commitment to being single.

Incredible. The Trump administration calculated "tariff rates" by taking the US trade deficit with the respective country and dividing it by the country's exports to the US. And then the tariff rate of the US is often just set by cutting that made-up "tariff rate" in half.

I am somehow for the first time ever reviewing for PNAS and their reviewer instructions include this BANGER of a line:

"The purpose of peer review is not to demonstrate proficiency in identifying flaws"

Print it in eleventy point font and hang it from the hillside. Scream it from the rooftops.

What he's announcing is a concentration camp. A deeply illegal, unconstitutional, anti-human rights atrocity. Anyone who supports this is complicit. Anyone in any federal service, military or otherwise, is morally obligated to refuse to carry out any orders related to this deeply criminal act.
Trump announces an executive order authorizing a 30,000 capacity migrant detention center in Guantanamo.

"Some of them are so bad we don't even trust the countries to hold them because we don't want them coming back, so we're going to send them out to Guatanamo Bay."

Same with the idea that the increased racial diversity would automatically favor Democrats.
I always felt a nagging sense of fear, a certain dread, whenever Democrats would talk about time and demographics being on our side. Part of me always knew.

No. The president of the US is not a dictator. Even if he would like to be, we will not allow it.
