In the rural counties of Michigan there have looooong been water and soil conservation districts in what are extremely conservative areas so this is just utterly stupid.

Missouri constituents in Sam Graves’s 6th congressional district have had it with Sam not showing up or listening to concerns.
They have created a “flat Sam” tour complete with a cardboard cutout with all of his “sponsors” listed. He’s traveling from county to county for empty seat townhalls.
