We can concentrate on more than one thing. Don’t let the Epstein case distract you from the thug-infested, authoritarian takeover.

They’re afraid of getting sued. We’re living in the upside down. Yes, exactly, Democratic elected officials have to be really, really clear about what’s going on.

And, networks, interview people from @indivisible.org @workingfamilies.org @50501movement.bsky.social @moveon.org They’ll speak!

"Every time I have been on major network channels to talk about this, they’re very quick to say, 'Trump has not been implicated.' Well, there are emails now that say Trump spent hours with victims and knew what was going on."

Dems should do more mockery of networks for their Epstein disclaimers:
Trump is demanding that GOP side with him over Epstein's victims, Rep Ansari tells me. She had a harrowing exchange with one victim who recounts how her mom had cancer and he exploited that.

Also note her mockery of network disclaimers on Trump. More like this, Ds:

Serious credit to protestors consistently going to ICE's Broadview detention center—including members of the clergy, candidates for office such as Kat Abughazaleh, and other people putting themselves on the line—to keep drawing public attention, while also stretching the regime's limited resources.
Happening now: clergy protest ICE detention center in Chicago.

Voluntary, mutually beneficial partnerships brought the US and US allies so much benefit. Every single one is an asset.

But if I had to pick the closest, most valuable US ally over the years, the top two are the UK and Canada, both of which the Trump regime is antagonizing for stupid reasons.

Attacking a federal district judge as an “activist” for issuing a lawful ruling is an assault on judicial independence. A democracy cannot function when executive agencies denigrate judges for doing their jobs.

Think what you want about the timing of the Democratic compromise over the shut down. But stop pretending it's a one-dimensional "if only they stood firm they would have won" situation. It's not at all clear they ever would have won, and meanwhile, people were already suffering.

I've tried to get "naive cynicism" to catch on. You'll believe anything so long as it can be framed as against the dominant narrative (whatever you think that is).
