SURPRISE!

WH says they WON'T be releasing *all* of the #Epstein files as required, citing "we want to make sure that when we do ... that we are protecting every single victim.”

THAT is why we gave you 30 DAYS! 🤦

Epstein survivor Danielle Bensky: I just read Todd Blanche's statement saying that we're going to see more in the coming weeks. That makes me really nervous. We had hoped that we would see everything today, and the fact that we still haven't seen anything feels nerve-wracking.

I haven’t been here in about a year, since a bunch of randos I don’t know told me repeatedly that all trans people secretly crave oppression. Is it less ridiculous here now?

That man has now paused funding for millions of PEOPLE!

NOT JUST IMMIGRANT PEOPLE
NOT JUST BLACK PEOPLE
NOT JUST LGBTQIA PEOPLE

ALL PEOPLE!

Do you understand now?

For what it's worth, this is precisely the reason the Klan wore hoods when they terrorized communities and disappeared unfavored minorities.

Historically, it wasn't called doxxing it was just recognizing a fascist community member.

to the extent that's true, it's because the left took over universities in general outside of those departments, and liberals usually sided with their leftist allies (who then didn't return the favor)

I’m shocked, shocked I tell you
The Senators that voted 'yes' on this disastrous bill represent more than 30 million FEWER Americans than the Senators that voted 'no.'

Honestly anyone complaining about Schumer right now can go fuck themselves. I don't love the guy, but Senate Democrats did an *incredible* job at taking out a whole host of indefensible parts of the Big Bullshit Bill, including attacks on trans people and the public land sell-off. They did great.

After Republicans TRANS PEOPLE are the biggest obstacle? Not leftists, not sensationalist journalism, not purity politics, but “a sizable amount of trans people wanting oppression”?

I have yet—as a visibly public trans person—to ever personally meet another trans person who thinks like this.

Final vote. 50-50. VP breaks the tie.

One single GOP Senator could have stopped this abomination. Saved millions of parents from watching their child go hungry. Saved the lives destroyed when Medicaid disappears.

They will all live forever with the horror of this bill.

I know that Medicare/ Medicaid is Democrats’ native language & what they’re happiest speaking but I’d love for SOME prominent person to try the line “they increased the debt limit by $5 trillion in order to triple size of ICE & make its detention center bigger than the whole federal prison system.”

hey I am posting this because I didn't know it, and so others might not either: but the BBB has NOT PASSED YET-- it's passed the senate & now it must pass the house.

It's time to call reps RIGHT NOW. Johnson is going to push the vote ASAP before backlash can form so the calls need to start NOW.

This. Plus with only 30% voting, that's not a referendum on anything. If anything, it shows that as per usual, in primaries, most NYers are disengaged. Not to mention the best candidates IMO, got almost no air time or press.

BREAKING: Senate Republicans just rammed through Trump’s massively unpopular Big Ugly bill after 26+ straight hours of debate.

It’s not over yet, the House MUST reject this bill. Now is the time to speak up and get loud.

NO CUTS TO MEDICAID. KILL THIS BILL!

I’m confused. In a city of nearly 8 million ppl less than 1 million voted?
FINAL RESULT of the New York City election:

Mamdani: 56.0%. 545,334 votes (+99069 over first-round).
Cuomo: 44.0%, 428,530 votes (+53493 over first-round).

Mamdani wins by 12 percentage points.
