Update: kiddo has eaten all the eggs so it is now a Vegan Belated 50th Anniversary of the Sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald Victoria Sponge.
Apparently yesterday was the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald and my kid is disappointed that we didn’t have a cake. So today I’m making a Belated 50th Anniversary of the Sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald Victoria Sponge.
