I collect license plates, and it's the same story there. Nobody can ship plates from other countries to the US because of the tariffs, and even conservatives are furious about it.
Talked to 23 people who suddenly have to pay huge tariffs or otherwise cannot get chainmail from Pakistan, yarn from France, retro computers from Japan, metal music from the Netherlands, DVDs from Germany, cosplay supplies, sunscreen, etc.

My mom thought college brainwashed me to be trans, and she told me she would've pulled me out if I hadn't been so close to graduation when I came out. And that was in 2014, the propaganda has only gotten worse since then.

Totally agree with this. Flying a person to a third country that they may never have been to, directly into a prison where they are going to be forced to do hard labor, is not a deportation; it's something else entirely.
@washingtonpost.com They were not DEPORTED. Deported means sending them back to their country of origin. These people were sent to a maximum security prison in El Salvador, without any due process or any analysis as to whether they feared harm in El Salvador!
