When I was married we had a great big family Thanksgiving every year and our tradition was to make plates and distribute them to homeless folks

BCBS was waiting on some updated/corrected info from provider. Provider finally gets back to them, insurance updates info, then ACCIDENTALLY denies my claim saying it was OON, total error on their behalf, so provider bills me AGAIN.
