I love my community with an at-times inconvenient level of ferocity, but -
Do not come to Texas if you’re an academic and study anything even vaguely woke. Do not. Not right now. I can’t share specifics at this point but you will have a very hard time publishing or keeping your job.

Noooooooo 😭😭😭😭😭 I have always aspired to be as classy and authentic as her as I age. While I love so many of her films, “Something’s Gotta Give” and “The Family Stone” are next level.
Probably one of her least remembered films and not even her best one, but it’s my favorite of hers. It’s so silly and cozy and honestly so Hallmark before Hallmark was a thing.

So according to SCOTUS it would seem that states have the right to ban gender affirmative care that professional organizations support but do not have the right to ban conversion therapy that professional organizations condemn. Professional expertise literally has no legitimacy anymore.
