We had a new car backing 2010. Within two weeks some twat took the bumper off. We had a different car in 2023, wing mirror vandalised within a few days. Car has been swapped out for another, scratched or keyed down the side within a week. What the fuck is wrong with people?

So from what I understand, they're struggling to write a new Bond because they want to take him being blown up last time into account for some reason? Sounds silly to me, but even so it feels like cinema has already provided the most elegant solution to that self-made problem:

In another bit of productivity, I learned a tiny bit of Power BI today, and have built a shitty little prototype that kinda works in a highly inefficient way (like its creator, of course).

Ceri bought a Christmas decoration thingy, and it arrived broken. But I think we can fix it! Glued the bits back that could be glued back, and am now Milliput'ing the gaps from the missing bits. Once it cures, will try and sort out the colours. Skillz innit.

Finally decided to can my first go at No Mans Sky (got lost on tutorial planet, lost ship, froze in a cave, total play time about two hours).

Back on the job hunt again. Not super intensive for now, I've got a year left on the current fixed term, but I'm absolutely convinced there's no chance of extension or being made permanent. Was going to wait until June/July ish next year before really looking elsewhere, but might as well start now.
