I did not grasp how bonkers Canadians are.
One news outlet likened the game conditions to a "snowglobe."
Crews took an hour during the game to clear snow.

Dreamt last night that I was crossing a bridge with my kiddo and the chicago skyline was in view with some absolutely gorgeous and surreal cloud action going on- low clouds, vivid pinks/purples/oranges/greens, buildings sticking up through the clouds, etc etc-

i think if you ride public transit enough you learn that most weird behavior is not dangerous, and conversely i think driving a car teaches you that everyone is trying to kill you at all times

When I was talking a lot about getting prepared for FEMA cuts and trade war, someone told me apologetically needed to mute me because it was stressful hearing about preparation they couldn't afford to do.
That's a huge stress right now for ALL of us, I think-- there is no getting fully prepared.
