If you want to join in voicing opposition to these changes and call for greater, transparent consultation to protect public health and patient safety, time is running short - public feedback will end on Dec. 9th. Please visit www.psychadvocacy.ca for more information on how to make your voice heard.

Improving access should not compromise safety. The only provincial association representing psychology in Ontario (the Ontario Psychological Association), was never even consulted in this process.
November 23, 2025 at 3:34 AM
Alert:
The provincial government, through the Ontario College of Psychologists and Behavioral Analysts, has recommended gutting training standards for Ontario psychologists by 75%.
Changes include:
-Essentially removing the doctoral standard
-Significant reductions in ethics and competency testing

The thing about Johnson not swearing in Grijalva is that’s it a test for 2026.

If you think they will accept an outcome they don’t like, they will just Grijalva it.

So what’s the plan when the GOP says “we ain’t leaving, fuck you, make us.”

Because that IS what they are going to say.

He literally privatized a public good. He stole our house.

Do you understand? This is no different than if he seized the Grand Canyon & put it behind a velvet rope, for members only.

He's a fucking thief & a vandal to boot.

Undocumented immigrants paid an effective federal income tax rate of 5.27% in 2022.

That means they paid a higher effective tax rate than 5 of the richest Americans…and a higher effective tax rate than 55 mega corporations.

So let me ask you: who are the real freeloaders?
