Maybe I'm just too melody-pilled but I cannot for the life of me understand what makes bebop solos interesting? I get that they're harmonically interesting, but every solo feels like a 15 y/o guitarist playing pentatonic runs. Is this just a "wow, everything plato said is so obvious" moment or?

There are obvious ethical issues with knowingly exposing people to harmful diseases, but this is dumb for another reason.
New vaccines aren't tested against placebo because they are tested against the prior version of the vaccine. That's how you know the efficacy is improving.
