Make verbs carry your sentences' energy.

Not "I am supportive of" but "I support."
Not "I am in agreement with" but "I agree with."

What didn’t kill me didn’t make me stronger.

It gave me crippling anxiety, a lot of unhealthy coping mechanisms, some really nasty nightmares, the ability to drink enough caffeine to kill a horse, and made me into a cynic who cusses way more than necessary.
