So the little wild patch of trees and such separating my house from the neighbors house is blinking like a Christmas display because of all the lightening bugs ⚡️it adds a certain kind of whimsy to the evening 😊

Worked in lots of fields. Universally, there’s a handful of ppl keeping it all running while being bullied by management and gossipy cliques of coworkers. Rules/policies are meaningless unless you’re one of the ones keeping it all running. Then rules and policies must be followed to the letter.

Ah, yes. The “bait and bash”, provoke a reaction that is “greater” than the provocation claim victim to the reaction which was baited/provoked. Waiting for the collective to wake up to this tried and true method used to abuse/bully/harass marginalize ppl.
