There are a million reasons to call our reps right now, but when I called Padilla's office the staffer I spoke to had no idea that some Deaf federal employees have lost access to ASL interpretation, and that the White House has stopped providing ASL. I've had to become really careful about the blocklists I subscribe to -- I keep missing posters I like, including @kevinmkruse.bsky.social, who made it onto both a "transphobes" list and a "toxic" list. I wish there was an easy way to check whether blocklists are sweeping up your follows!
