If you're feeling isolated or alienated, get into an Art or Craft as best you are able and join a community dedicated to it
Look to your local library for resources! You will be surprised by what's available

On Facebook this kind of logic is used primarily to sell ads. But it was also used to great effect in the 2016 election. It's easier to sell to people if you know they're more likely to buy, or to be sympathetic to your political views.
