I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
I wear my Apple Watch at night to track my sleep.
Over the last year, I started getting notifications about possible sleep apnea.
1 or 2 notifications I could ignore, but 14 made me think I should look into this.
So I contacted my healthcare provider and they had me do a home sleep test.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.
