Now that the difficult task of placing a new 300-pound stone garden dinosaur is complete, the fun part comes: choosing a name for the new dino.
After Manayunk’s Bridget the Dino statue was decapitated, neighbors will decide the name for a new dinosaur
Bridget the Dino may have been vandalized, but a new stone dinosaur has been donated to take her place. Neighbors now get to decide its new name.

just watched The Cremator and what an incredible film. a portrait of the appeal of nazism to insecure men obsessed with image and fascism's desire for smoothing one's experience of the world, removing all nuances and discomforts until it becomes a death cult.

Absolutely incredible; after shooting Marimar Martinez 5 times and arresting her on claims that she rammed them and pulled a gun, prosecutors have now moved to dismiss ALL criminal charges against her and her codefendant.
New: the govt has moved to dismiss its assault case against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, two people accused of "box[ing] in" a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago on Oct. 4.
