I tried to explain to a FG TD last year that people in their 30s+ who desperately want a home do not want or need wildly overpriced “starter” homes, it has to be good enough to potentially live in forever, and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. They think “any old shit” = housing = home
90 seconds spent answering the question "what is a starter home" without once getting near answering what a starter home might actually be.

If I could say anything to restaurants who offer gluten free pizza bases as a substitution, it is this: Please adjust pizza sauce acidity to account for the acidity of the sourdough-style base, it changes the entire taste profile. Thank you ♥️
