At least t'isn't raining. Well not much anyway. The cycle in itn't the worst of it. Loosens me up a wee bit. Sitting on the bus is a bit of a bollocks.
Pain level floating between about 6.5 and 7.

I'm in excruciating pain. I do physical work. I cycle to that physical work. MRI last year. Doc said surgery but that'd be it, I wouldn't be able to play sport or do physical work. So I've maintained it and managed the pain. But now. I'm in a conundrum. And I'm homeless(hidden) to boot.
