I had the highest immigration caseload in Scotland, and was proud to advocate on behalf of constituents. It's important work and makes a huge difference to people's lives.

Which will be delighted to keep BBC Scotland as exactly the same hyperpartisan unionist shreiking platform.

I'm saddened to learn of the passing of Dr Elspeth King, the legendary curator of the People's Palace, and a fierce advocate for Glasgow and its history.
This was fascinating on the release of the film adaptation of Alasdair Gray's "Poor Things".
