In other words, the grand jury rejected all 3 counts on the indictment. Period.

So all we have is a fake indictment signed by the foreman but never presented to the GJ, plus some quite spectacularly irrelevant hearsay about what the GJ *would* have done if it had been given only 2 and 3.

I literally just had my yearly check-in and recertification in October. I am disabled, can't work, and am on SSI. I can't afford my medically mandated diet without SNAP, and reapplying is a lot of work, which is made harder by my disability and poor health. This is maddening.

I traveled by train through the Wall from East Berlin into West Berlin in 1983. The entire train was searched, including the undercarriage with mirrors on wheels to look for anyone trying to escape. Snipers in lookout towers oversaw No-Man’s Land.
