I hope you’re all proud of yourselves, you have disgracefully sullied the good name of the renowned and respected Glamour Magazine Women Of The Year Award

I want to explain a few things and then it might be clearer why UK trans people are upset.
In 2001 I married my wife, Sylvia.
In 2005 I started medical transition. (1/13)

This one Dril tweet in December 2023 was a more accurate depiction of actual events than anything you’d have got off newsstands, from broadcast media or out of the mouths of politicians. It hasn’t got much better since.

Remember when MPs were self-immolating on BBC News in protest of racism in the Labour Party leadership?
this is grim

Other priorities like:
Cracking down on migrants
Cracking down on protesters
Cracking down on trans people
Cracking down on sex workers
Castrating prisoners
Munitions for unpopular wars
Etc

definitely the most annoying thing about this current era is the defeatism. so many people love to argue why there's no point like that's not a suicidal view. now is exactly the right time to be setting things into motion - you have nothing to lose, and people are looking for anything to grasp onto

I think those letters to MPs are important. You can see many MPs leaning on the experiences and words of their constituents in this debate 👇
I'm watching Parliament's debate on self-ID so you don't have to and it's not bad so far (reader, we are only 30 minutes in).

Kojima: I was reading Catcher In The Rye and it moved me. I emailed JD Salinger and he agreed to be scanned for DS2.

Reporter: That’s.. How did you

Kojima: all our souls are separated by a “Caul Field.” I think JD’s performances as Ryeman and Catcherman will impress everyone.

I still genuinely think this is the best thing I have produced in my entire life so highly recommend a listen if you like things I do generally.
I gave an interview to Al Jazeera on the Supreme Court judgment, and the surrounding context. I think it's possibly the best thing I've ever done (?) so give it a listen.

The UK Supreme Court’s definition of “biological sex” doesn’t really have much to do with biology. It’s more like the religious understanding of sex, that it is a kind of metaphysical property acquired at conception that cannot be directly observed
This statement about the transphobic Supreme Court ruling by the UK's Crab Museum (yes a museum about crabs) is better than 99% of the statements I've seen on the topic

Saying trans women have an advantage at parkrun is like saying trans kids have an advantage at soft play. Like who are you competing against and what do you think you are going to win

Dignified compromise my arse.

The ruling is a disaster for trans people, and not even good for cis women who can now be kicked out of the loo or strip searched by men for not being feminine enough.

It’s a victory for fascists though
