Democrats cannot vote for a DHS budget that doesn’t restrain the growing lawlessness of this agency.
A witness shared this video with me showing an ICE officer shooting a driver in an SUV in south Minneapolis. DHS says the woman is dead.

This is not a deal — it's an empty promise.

Trump and his Republican Congress are making healthcare more expensive for the middle class and ending it for working families.

Time for Democrats to stand tall for affordable healthcare. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.

Got it.

the president has destroyed the east wing of the white house without so much as a word of input from anyone else to build a royal ballroom paid for with bribes
NEW: After The Washington Post reported Monday on the demolition of the "East Wing facade," a new picture obtained by Law Dork that was taken on Tuesday shows that a substantial portion of the entirety of the East Wing has been demolished.

This lawless Trump stooge is illegally withholding federal funds to try to squeeze us into giving Trump a blank check…to continue this EXACT type of lawlessness.

This isn’t governing and it sure as hell isn’t democracy.

It’s mafia-style blackmail and authoritarianism.

I am amazed at just how inept the Democrats’ congressional leadership is on this moment of crisis.

Trump is moving troops into blue cities and declaring war against the left, and these guys are complaining that the GOP Congress is pushing a partisan budget.

Jesus Christ, wake the hell up.
The Republican budget bill continues the attack on the healthcare of everyday Americans.

And is a dirty piece of legislation.

States should resist even minor intrusions into their elections by the executive branch of the federal government. They should contest every effort by this administration to encroach on their right to administer elections via executive order, informal request or any generic claim under Article II.

This really isn’t a hard message.

Obama neutralized the Iran nuclear program through the hard work of diplomacy, but Trump tore up the deal in his first term out of spite and chose war instead.
All I want to hear out of Democrats is that we had a deal and no bomb. Then Trump tore it up and he is now putting American lives in danger.

That’s it.

As clear a sign as any that congressional Dems either don’t fully grasp or are incapable of confronting the constitutional crisis.

No one in DC can bargain in good faith with Trump because he will not follow laws passed by Congress.

No one internationally can bargain in good faith with Trump because he will not respect agreements made by the United States.

Being a counterparty just makes you a target for another shakedown.

So I will own being the primary author of the first part of this. It is, by any measure, the harshest criticism I have ever directed at anyone. I did not want to write it, but felt compelled to do so by a truly egregious failure on the part of Wurman and Barnett to practice what they have preached.

Schumer's strategy of allowing/encouraging Dems to vote for the "normal" nominees in order to try and peel off Republican defections to block Hegseth/RFK/Gabbard appears to have completely failed.
It appears there is little to no resistance from Senate Republicans to the nomination of RFK Jr. as HHS Secretary
