How the fuck can you ban anyone from using a taxi? Do they mean wont be reimbursed for using a taxi? Not allowed to use any part of their "benefits" on a taxi, or threaten withdrawal of "benefits" of they use a taxi. What if its the middle of the night and need to get to Hospital urgently?
