After raising the issue of the future of PCSOs in Essex in the House of Commons last week, I'm glad to hear that the government has doubled the funding for neighbourhood policing. Our PCSOs have now been saved! 🎉

Thank you to the Leader of the House for acknowledging my efforts in this regard.

The system for supporting children with special educational needs is broken and families are suffering. In Essex, just 0.9% of EHCPs are issued on time, and nationally, 37.4% are delayed by 6 months or more. The Government must act now. Children can’t wait.
