Those of you who've been following me for a while may have seen me share this before, usually when I hear that someone has just learnt that they may or do have cancer.

I could not be more stoked with the thirty percent increase in Wellington library users since we went fines free. Whatever else I get to do in local government, this will be a real highlight.

This might sound like a hot take but friends: Read books as a hobby this year. It is one of the best things you can do for your brain to grow your thinking and perspectives.
