Went down to my favorite Vietnamese fast-food place, Pho Cup. It was a busy day, so I had to wait in line - or as we regulars call it, the pho queue. Then I ordered my favorite entree, the Big Pho Cup. Sadly, it had spoiled meat in it & I got really sick.

So now they have to shut the Pho Cup. 😢😩😭

This is the exact reason parody and fair use exists. THIS RIGHT HERE. Perfect media choice and execution.
'AI Destroyed the Digital Artist' (from our BLFC show) is based on the 80's hit by The Buggles. This parody is a modern commentary on AI art. In the same vein as the original, it's a reflection on how technological advancements can disrupt established creative artforms with sad consequences.

If we can have bean-to-cup coffee machines, surely that means we could have pellet-to-nozzle 3D printers?

(I'm joking please don't explain 3D printers to me)

Q: How many indie music snobs does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: It's a really obscure number; you've probably never heard of it.

Oh dear. My job has been disestablished as part of a restructure.
This could be an exciting opportunity but I haven't had to apply for a job in about seven years.

Y'know why I love this episode?

Steph has a rep for bashing & complaining about video games, & those episodes struggle most weeks to hit 20 minutes. But get her started on a game she LOVES, & it's even harder to keep it under 30.

This trash-gal LOVES video games; here's the proof, at length.
This week's video is an essay/retrospective looking at Capcom's forgotten answer to Dynasty Warriors, Sengoku Basara. It was - and still is - a completely bananas experience: youtu.be/PaeB7Eu9YMo

"[...] it's often said that companies are 'hit by' layoffs, 'affected' by them, almost as if the bloody company is the victim. They're not 'affected' by layoffs, they're putting the layoffs into effect."

As the kids would say, bars. Commander Sterling don't miss.
In this week's video, we look at how game publishers refuse to take responsibility for the messes they've made in the industry, and the passive voice of their executives: youtu.be/rLgW3VdeI84

It’s almost hilarious how scummy and shitty Star Wars Hunters is. It’s so greedy and *so* bad.

As a critic, it’s a gift. This is going to be a very easy review 😁
