I'm surprised to see it engraved that the pen was made in Korea. That narrows its manufacturing period down to 1961-1997. I still believe it must have been made in the late 1990s though.

My landlord is raging war with my roommate. I don’t know the details of their beef but personally: roommate is being nothing but kind n helpful most of the time with some boundary issues while the landlord is kind of neglectful with the entire estate until I took initiative in cleaning and mopping
