IMHO Lucas was very good at writing an outline and producing it but crap at writing a screenplay and directing it
If the prequels had been outsourced to other screenwriters and directors like Empire and Return, they could have been all-time classics

One of my favorite parts of the 90s show was when they went to the Savage Land, and all their powers were turned off, and Logan goes “Oh yeah? Well there’s nothing Mutant about THESE!”, pops the claws, and immediately feels the pain and is useless for the rest of the fight
It’s a lot more interesting to me that the claws were never part of his power set until Weapon X implanted them. Makes it feel more like they took a man and made him into a weapon

Palestinian children are being murdered. And I won't justify that for my comfort. Not now, not ever. If people can't say "don't commit genocide" and "don't hate Jews" at the same time, that's really not my problem.
