TFW a text from a college buddy asking where your seats are is how you first learn that the Duke game you were planning to watch on TV at 9PM is actually being played within walking distance of your home. Literally had no idea and hadn't bothered to checked. Huge L.

Redfin changed something for our building. It's a co-op but they now show it as a condo. All of the prior sales history (including mine) is gone. All of the prior listing photos have disappeared. And this has, uh, dramatically altered the estimate. They basically told me to fuck off when I asked.
