til you can use heal to 2hit revenants... wish id known this during that one alleyway in the haligtree castle where i just gave up and booked it to the end and more of them just kept churning out of the ground the entire way

another sbcf is over! thank you for reading Hero in the Serpent's Skin!!! ig this is a spoiler but i realized belatedly that if all four of them team up they can play mahjong on their off days, although they will have to re-explain the rules to auntie every time...

⛰️山海経5：嚻。意外と漢字を表示できる！ 古代中国サイクロプスバード。嚻という字の形が面白いので、４つの翼をそのまま四角い「口」型にして「目」を中心に置きました。
🌊Shanhai jing 5: Xiao. The four-winged, one-eyed bird with a dog tail. It reminds me of Cyclops. The meat cures stomachache. (idk how to hunt them tho)

been meaning to post about references / inspirations for hero in the serpent's skin... a really big one was Wu Guanzhong, i love how fun and playful his lines and colours are - his mountains feel alive! (in hindsight this might be why the artist in the comic turned out to be such a goofball...)
