Makes me imagine the serpentine duck and dodge routes employees will traverse through the store to avoid customers altogether. Policies reveal the difference between management and leadership.

Perhaps he was speaking of the timeline. The East Wing will be demolished, and then the Epstein Ballroom will be built. Historically, their existence will be near, but not touching. Ironically, one of the few attractive things Epstein got near without touching.
