I know it's frustrating when lawyers point out when something the administration is doing is not legal. But responding with "the law doesn't matter anymore" is really unhelpful and defeatist. Clarifying the law is important because it reminds us not to comply in advance and to resist and take action

Welp, the wave of stupid finally hit me. I can't even access the Steam store pages for some games which I own, like Fear & Hunger 2, because I need to verify my age.
The only way to verify is by having a credit card. I do not have one - I have a debit card, which is common in the UK.

shout out to the spriters resource for being one of the few sites to do a complete redesign in 2025 that makes it better to use instead of worse. being able to zoom in on sprite sheets and even flip and rotate them and enable a pixel grid without having to download them is extremely useful
