Added some grass to this. Took a while to make it look somewhat decent, but I think it looks okay now! Also added a button you can click to spawn apples.

Found a shader that lets me add a bit of color variation to them, and made them occasionally chase the cursor if it's on-screen.

Been messing around in Godot a little bit, trying to learn the basics of coding in that engine. Just been coding a small screen with a bunch of bunny-creatures walking around, it's been pretty fun. Might see if I can get them to interact with each other next, or try and have them react to the mouse.

managed to code a lightning bolt attack that zaps between different enemies, turns out it's a lot harder than I'd anticipated! There's probably still a lot of bugs with it I'll need to deal with, but I think I've got it somewhat vaguely functioning right now, so that's good at least!

I should try and do some more work on this prototype. Though I might need to do some more research into similar games first. I feel like it needs some sort of mana/stamina system, so I should probably check out how different games handle that and see what ideas might work here.
