The wrong people own the future, your friends are imprisoned and the world is about to end. There’s no more time for deliberation.
It is time for desperate actions.
It is finally time to end the Age of Reason.

By the way:
GB Rober is discounted for the rest of the Week! I tried my best to slam Marxism into Mega Man and the result is a very big explosion and a bossfight against a billionaire Swan that hates Water.

On one hand, it's getting hard for me to justify doing videogames things.
However, I feel that for the first time in years that things might start moving in the right direction again. Very slowly, but more than they did in the last few years.

Couldn't they just do the Soap Opera route with James Bond and pretend he either had extensive facial reconstruction surgery, or the new one is a lost twin brother who strangely enough has the same name?
Also isn't "James Bond" supposed to be a code name anyway?

friends, if you think I've not been very normal when talking about jrpg battlesystems, wait until you see what kind of stuff I'm trying to do with the overworld.

I really wish I had more means and resources to work with other people on a videogame. Not only because it's fun to share ideas and such, it also motivates me to get better at what I'm doing.

I still ask "Who is That Guy?"
Every time Keighley turns up, I ask myself why he is The Guy. Who allowed this? Why do we continue to let him be The Guy?
"We found out later that Keighley had a party in another room with all the influencers and industry people. You know where Future Class met that day? At a Starbucks.”

I feel like I could live in a cave and yet still get wind when the guy retches out another 5 million word essay with bad videogame opinions.

After having eaten the entire CRPG barrel, I'm currently in the process of scouring the pantry for anything that might look like it could've fallen out of that barrel (playing Shadow Run: Dragonfall).

I'm torn. Should I do a blog about Evil Games, or a blog where I'm trying to figure out why I have an unreasonable amount of admiration for Dungeon Encounters?

NEW REVIEW!
The JUNKFOOD ARCADES SWORL is an ambitious leverless that sports two analog thumb domes, and promises to bring arcade control to every game.
With huge growing pains and limitations, it proves more of a mixed success in this highly competitive space:

Way back when it first came to my attention, I remember reading somewhere that the person who founded Axios did so with the aim of creating "The Economist, but for Millenials".
gonna go out on a limb and say axios is a bad outlet that posts stuff that literally does not make sense constantly and it might be better to not treat them as making sincere claims ever

In some way it makes perfect sense that the event that qualifies the most as a major awards ceremony for videogames is and always was completely commercialised.
After all, you could make an argument that videogames is the one art form that has completely grown out of Capitalism.

i really can't get over the Game Awards making press and its own Future Class members pay for expensive tickets, or pocketing all the sponsorship money for said Future Class program, or having meetups at Starbucks where met people for a quick photo op and then forcing people to pick up the tab

i'm just such a broken record on all of this shit: i feel like since around 2012 or so i point out how something in games world seems like it's broken and then that gets either completely ignored or branded as a marginal "hater" position and then, surprise surprise, that thing completely falls apart
