Here’s the deal: ICE officers shouldn’t be allowed to carry firearms at all. If they find themselves in a potentially violent situation, they should retreat and call the local police to handle it.

This is the first Thanksgiving for Sophie & Colin Hortman without their parents, Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and Mark Hortman who were assassinated along with the family dog in an act of political murder. National guards troops were not deployed to the state in response.

Among other things, and as the court already pointed out, this suggests Halligan lied in her declaration.

“There was no additional presentation, interaction, or discussion with the grand jury outside of what is reflected in the transcript.” That’s not true!

Anyone wanna explain why Trump is murdering people on the high seas because they're alleged "drug dealers" but then pardoning convicted drug dealers at home?

I'd really like to hear how that works.

Legally issued subpoenas.

The taxpayers are going to be forced to pay up to $500,000 each to 8 GOP senators for receiving legally issued subpoenas in relation to attempt to steal 2020 election.

Investigating Congress members potentially involved in an attempted coup seems perfectly reasonable to me. No one needs to be paid because DOJ dared to investigate them! Outrageous. They are just trying to make themselves rich.

The Senator's cell phones do NOT belong to them. They belong to the Federal Government (us taxpayers) because we pay for them. Getting a copy of their cell phone calls with a legal warrant is what was done. You know they would have no issue if a democrat's phone bill was being investigated.

Andy Biggs defends provision in funding bill that would allow Republican senators to sue their own government: "It's highly unusual but then so is the fact that the FBI was surveilling these members of the Senate and Congress. And don't forget, you had members of the House that were also pursued."

Bipartisan horror at @SenatorHagerty & @MarshaBlackburn’s greedy money grab snuck inside the funding bill— rewarding themselves for getting investigated.
