Thank you for sharing this. My plan went up almost $100 a month and I changed as well. Today is the last day for Medicare open enrollment which mostly affects your part D plan if you are in traditional Medicare.
My plan d that i have been on for over a decade went from $51 to $101 this year. Changed plans a couple of days ago.

The Center for Medicare Advocacy did a wonderful job of explaining why Medicare part D plans will INCREASE in 2026. I’ve been doing everything to bring awareness to this. But it all comes down to today. There will be a special enrollment but only if you’re AWARE!

So many seniors, don’t know to check their coverage. My coverage just changed drastically for the new year, but in doing my research, they’re all about the same now, lower coverage and some medication’s no longer on any of the formularies.
