I only ever watched one of the movie versions, and aside from Tilda Swinton, I wasn’t super fond of the adaptations. I have hope for the Greta Gerwig adaptation though!

I finished the Magician’s Nephew and have moved on to LWW- which I got from a scholastic book fair in elementary school, my parents were always supportive of reading and basically we had an unlimited book, comic book and magazine slush fund.

I decided to download the Chronicles of Narnia audiobook- I’ve read the Lion,the witch and the Wardrobe & the Last Battle, but none of the other books, I’m quite enjoying Magician’s Nephew so far!

I haven’t read a ton of the new mutants before and I’m finally going back and starting at the beginning and it’s great, I’m part way through the demon bear/sleepover arc and it’s fucking great.

Our overhire straight stagehand just asked me how many pushups I do because my chest looks great and also guessed that my age couldn’t be more than 32. I will miss him.

I don’t care for Beckett, Pinter, or Chekhov… I’ve done everything in my power to avoid working places where I am in danger of producing things by those playwrights.

I have now read two books about Cromwell, and the English civil wars, it wasn’t as dynamic and sexy as the wars of the roses and the Tudor dynasty… and it amazes me how quickly it just sort of… reverted to form

I just spoke the most words I have since Friday. I have been out doing errands, at the gym, doing a ton of stuff, but not speaking more than a few words at a time. Exactly what I wanted
