Dass die Bahn bei dieser Wetterlage den Fernverkehr in Norddeutschland generell einstellt, macht mich völlig ratlos.
Was für ein Land.
Was für eine Infrastruktur.
Ich bin dankbar, dass der selige Oberinspektor der Deutschen Bundesbahn das nicht miterleben muss.

The majority of Germans weren't committed Nazis either; they just wanted to live their lives and had respect for their neighbors. But that didn't stop the regime they were part of from committing some of the worst crimes in human history.
The whole recent set of Events has persuaded me that there's not really a majority for the new right authoritarianism in the Anglophone world. The public don't actually like it when they see what it is these people revel in. But also various failures in our democracies mean that might not stop them.
A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.

Ich halte die Lüge für problematischer als den Umstand selbst und finde die Kritik an der Zeitverwendung überzeichnet. Andere liegen vielleicht auf dem Teppich oder starren an die Wand. Ich finde, die Kritik muss systemischer sein.
