Forty days into this administration, I beg you to take them at their word: they want to and will.

The GOP is a party built in large part on rape apologia and for some reason Democrats remain terrified of being called dangerous by these absolute projection-monsters. Anyway, don’t trust them to do the right thing. They will not without us making our voices heard.

What librarians have been Cassandra'ing since 2020. This was always the endgame for this current wave of book bans. It's never been about the books, it's about erasing options and imposing fascism.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

Not enough is being done for the black families after the LA fires. Ive partnered up with GoFundMe and the BMAC to create ONE main GoFundMe campaign to immediately help those in need.

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.
