Transgender medicaid ban and definition of sex are back in the federal bill - Dems can raise a point of order and force a vote, and as long as we don't lose 7 dems on this, Dems can keep it out.

FYI, if you have a WA state driver's license and it says "Enhanced Driver License" in the upper right corner, it's Real ID compliant. Apparently WA state is the only state not using the Real ID star or branding on the license. Interesting choice! 😅

If you support Costco maintaining its DEI policies, you can call their corporate office at 425-313-8100 and select the option to speak to the operator. The woman I spoke to said they were collecting positive responses and sending them to the CEO.

I love this so much. Girl Scouts has openly included transgender and nonbinary individuals in its membership for a long time. Support a trans Girl Scout and get some cookies - win win!
