Republicans are trying to steal an election in North Carolina. They have been laying the groundwork for five months, and unless the federal courts intervene, they just might succeed. If they do, it could usher in a new era of election subversion in future contests across the country.

OMB Dir-nominee Russ Vought oversaw Project 2025, which was responsible for drafting this Memo freezing all federal funding that Congress has appropriated.

If Senate Republicans vote to confirm Vought, then they own this memo and whatever disastrous consequences flow from it.
Memos posted publicly to government websites claiming to be from the acting directors of OPM and OMB have metadata showing that the original authors are affiliated with Project 2025.

Remember, the Holocaust didn’t start with gas chambers in Auschwitz.

It started with politicians dividing the people with “us vs. them”.

It started with intolerance and hate speech.

It started when people stopped caring, became desensitized, and turned a blind eye.

Saw a "Democratic strategist" say "we have to earn people's trust back." Just mind-boggling that so many don't understand how this works.

Did voters in 2024 say "I trust the Republican Party"? No. They were mad at those in power. Democrats have to get them mad at Republicans. It's not complicated.
