Realistic, progressive change is incremental, educational, and dull. It's charity work, community outreach, human rights law, trade unions, co-ops, and marching. It's a hard-sell because the goals are never reached, but that doesn't make the work not worth doing.

The fucking Hard Times had a joke about ace pride being indistinguishable form a Macy’s thanksgiving day parade because apparently ace folks only like nonthreatening characters, which was cool way for the writers to announce they knew zero ace people.
Fuck having the ace person relationship with sexuality discussion is gonna be a headache tho especially since a ton of people have decided axe folks are basically grown up children.
