Quick note - how many hours are in a week? What did minimum wage get you in each decade? In 2025, it gets you nothing but exhaustion. There isn’t a single place in the US where a full-time minimum-wage worker can afford even a modest 2-bedroom rental.
That’s the reality.

Who thinks that we need to see more fight and more passion from Democratic leadership?

Do you think we're already in a Constitutional crisis?

Judge Luttig recognizes, appropriately, that we are *already* in a Constitutional crisis.

A very noticeable shift of tone. For the first time, Boasberg explicitly quotes the government's own boasting about the flight details. The whole order reads like "I know you're full of shit and I'm deciding what I want to do about it, and you won't get off easy even if you invoke state secrets".

Okay, I'm on the public line and going to do another live-skeeting of the hearing for those who can't join (it seems the public line is now full).

Hearing is set to start in moments.
DENIED. Boasberg says the hearing goes on at 5p as planned.

"The president is asserting dictatorial power and ‘constitutional crisis’ doesn’t capture the gravity of the situation.”
